analysis of cell phone (cellular and wireless) usage, records*, location,
bills, billing, invoices, practices and systems began in 2000. For these call,
data and message records, bills, and invoices we have assessed accuracy and
uncovered errors relating to: content, timing, duration, disposition, routing,
location, charges, sender and receiver identity, coding, rating and
