Recognizing the significant need to assist clients in acquisitions, mergers, developing partnerships and finding investors, Alexander Resources has recently introduced a professional service specifically devoted to achieve these goals. This new service, Opportunity Development Services (ODS), will focus on the needs of institutional investors, established telecom manufacturers and service providers/carriers as well as wireless start-ups and early stage companies. Through ODS these companies will receive critical information and guidance necessary to pursue key business objectives.

ODS will draw on Alexander Resources' in-depth knowledge and understanding of wireless communications markets, networks and services along with our extensive client lists and industry contacts. To assure confidentiality of information and avoid of conflicts of interest we only work for the organization that initiates the engagement.

ODS Description

Client: Established telecom manufacturers and service providers/carriers

For established telecom manufacturers and service providers/carriers we will identify and evaluate:

  • Potential acquisition candidates
  • Strategic partners
  • Wireless start-ups and early stage companies seeking capital infusion

Our research will select subject companies that best match our client's own goals, resources and objectives.

Following the analytical phase of an engagement, we will initiate contact and initial meetings between our client and the most promising candidate companies. We will, if requested, provide additional assistance and guidance during any negotiations.


Client: Wireless start-ups and early stage companies

For wireless start-ups and early stage companies we will:

  • Identify and develop relationships with established telecom manufacturers and service providers/carriers seeking to make strategic investments, strategic relationships and acquisitions.
  • Identify and develop relationships with other wireless start-ups and early stage companies seeking to be acquired or establish strategic relationships.

Our research will select subject companies that best match our client's own goals, resources and objectives.

For investors, we provide due diligence studies on companies, market appraisals of investments, and research on emerging technologies and markets.
